Getting Started
First-time setup
Section titled “First-time setup”Start with these steps:
- Open
Settings. - Connect at least one Gmail account.
- Set the default sender if you connected more than one account.
- Review the OpenCode model setting.
- Add API keys for Perplexity and Google Places if you plan to use those features.
Your first workflow
Section titled “Your first workflow”After setup, the simplest way to learn the product is:
- Open
Businesses. - Add a business manually or use
Find businessesto search Google Places. - Import the businesses you want to keep.
- Select one or more businesses.
- Click
Start agent. - Choose either freeform chat or a saved prompt.
What each area is for
Section titled “What each area is for”Dashboard
Section titled “Dashboard”Use the dashboard to check recent activity and broad outreach metrics.
Agents
Section titled “Agents”Use this page when you want to:
- start a new freeform agent session
- start from a saved prompt
- review recent session history
- inspect completed sessions and their event timelines
Businesses
Section titled “Businesses”Use this page to:
- add businesses manually
- source candidates from Google Places
- import selected candidates
- start an agent from selected businesses
Contacts
Section titled “Contacts”Use this page to:
- add contacts
- filter and search your contact list
- queue batch outreach
- open a contact detail page for direct email work
Messages
Section titled “Messages”Use this page to:
- review scheduled deliveries
- open threads
- send replies
- inspect opens and delivery status
Settings
Section titled “Settings”Use this page to manage:
- Gmail accounts
- the default OpenCode model
- Perplexity and Google Places API keys
- message patterns
- email tracking status
Good defaults
Section titled “Good defaults”- Start with one Gmail account and make it the default sender.
- Add Google Places only if you want sourcing help.
- Add Perplexity only if you want that research source available to Waldo.
- Create saved prompts only after you repeat the same agent workflow a few times.
